A lot of space. Really cool! Very good kitchen. Why they dont have free Wi-Fi... It would be the best place in London!
Paying for carpark and Wi-Fi.
Excellent Luxurious Apartment with spacious rooms and living area with seperate kitchen, feels just like being home.
None really except may be they should consider Free Internet as this is expected nowadays.
We where two travel wary adults both arrving from seperate destainations and hwere met by very charming and courteous staff. Check in was faultess and the apartment exceptionally clean with good quality furniture. The beds and linen including pillows where of high quality and there was more than adequate lighting in all the rooms.
If I was going to be exceptionally picky the soap! and I would of liked to have another dishwasher tablet but as I say that is being very picky...
Spacious, good facilities, good views, quiet. Easy to book, well organised check in / out.
Well located in the Canary Wharf area. spacious apartment with contemporary design. Bathroom is great with a bathtub and separate shower. there's also a nice kitchen and a dinning table and all the appliances for the ones who need it but I didn't as a solo traveller
wireless is 12 pounds aday but there is a free wi-fi in the coffee shop steps away
The apartment was very nice with great amenities. Location was also good with easy access to the London rail and underground within easy walking distance The view from the apartment was outstanding!
Though written directions to the apartment were provided, it was still difficult to locate on a dark, rainy late December evening.
We really enjoyed the fact the apartments were a home from home & allowed our 2 small children the space to to play rather then being confined to a small hotel room.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The Circus apartments are quite modern and a very good size with large cupboards for storing suitcases etc. Fully equipt kitchen, large lounge, 3 x TV's, two separate bathrooms. If you can overlook the carpet being a bit tired, and also the annoying self closin doors on all room then everything else is great.
Very unreasonable checkin/checkout times. 10Am check out, 3.00pm check in. Not reasonable by International standards.
Location for trip to Olympic Park & Excel venues. Overall apartment size, 2 bedrooms and facilities good.
Apartment felt just a bit tired and worn - several blemishes such as cracked mirrors in bathroom, door stop fallen off, socket coming away from wall - and sheets needed changing when arrived as marks / tears on ones fitted! Also, some of the kitchen unit doors on washing machine and dishwasher didn't fit properly.
It's like living in your own apartment , quite comfortable. Got everything you need. 2 minutes walk to light railway station, 10 minutes to shopping centre. Canary wharf is just by the corner.
Cleaning every 6 days, so basically you don't get it at all. The light railway doesn't connect with underground directly, have to get out of station and walk for 3minutes to the tube station. Need to buy the tickets twice which cost about 8-10 pounds for single journey to central London. Quite expansive, better get an Oyster card which is cheaper and convenient (I realized after 3 days in London.)
The apartments is very confortable. The kitchen has all you need.
I liked where the location is situated and how the rooms had pretty much all the essentials you needed. I liked it so much that I will be booking another one in late June. I also liked how my room was high up so you could see a great view of the city.
The only thing I would have changed was free wi fi in the room and my balcony to be in the living room rather than the bedroom.
Spacious 3 room appartment. Our flat was on 10th floor with a nice view over east London. About 700 m walk (most of it under roof) to tube-station and DLR-train Canary Warf.
One really bad things is that there is no free Internet at the hotel. I thought all hotels nowdays had free Internet. To charge for this feels unserious. I have not stayed in a hotel the last 5 years that doesn't have free Internet. This downgraded my total rating from 9 to 7. Another bad thing is that some idiot has mounted automatic door-closers on EVERY door inside the apartment. In our apartment we had 7 doors! We had to use 5 trouser-hangers as wedges to lock the doors permanently open. Some guest before us hade unscrewed the door-closer for one of the bathrooms. If I had have a screwdriver (Philips size 2 ?) with me, I would have removed all!
The apartment was lovely and modern and not over price.
In the email I got after booking It was not made clear that the money had not been taken out yet. It was not until I got to the desk that they said it was still to be paid and then they take £150 off me on top off that so if something breaks, I have never stayed anywhere before that has done that. So my trip started off with a big lost of money. We only had one child with us but if that happened to a big family they would be in trouble money wise.
Great space. Handy for Thames river clipper service and walk able to subway
Room is not cleaned daily which is ok but it was not well cleaned when I arrived.
